Users may request deletion of their account at any time through the Settings > Support menu in the Shab app. Following an account deletion request, Shab deletes the user’s account and data unless retention is required by legal or regulatory obligations, for purposes of safety, security, and fraud prevention, or due to an account-related issue such as an outstanding credit or an unresolved claim or dispute.
